introduction
Originally, the idea come for a work at the ArtFX School. Dravian is my second personnal project create during the first year of study. This project is a system of pen'n paper rpg without any dice
But after the end of the year, with all the work I produce I decide to keep this project and continue it to end.

Let me present you the different steps of the development.
STEP 1 :
Find References
This step is maybe the most important, because before I begin the creation I have to play games with game system without dices for see what is good and what is bad.
After I find some references like the board game Jamaica and Macabre I can begin the creation
STEP 2 :
Creation of system

The real beginning of the project ! During this step I work on the System and the Content at same time (a little part of content). In fact, for a quick explanation of the system, I choose to work on a card system.
I create 2 kinds of cards, sucess and fails. Sucess increase your score and Fails reduce it. For win an action you have to obtain a certain score, if you exceed by 5 points you do a critic win, if you are in negative you do a critic fail.
Last important points : In this system you have tokens, and tokens permit to you to reduce the score you need to have for win.
At this step of development. An important part of my job is to find a good balance between cards, rate of chance to have sucess cards and the different difficulties. And with this the system of statistics of characters come. But this system is quite simple. In fact the point you have in a stat is your base score for a challenge with the stat. For exemple if you have 2 in strenght and you want to break a gate. You have 2 point for this.

I choose the number of 40 cards. This number is not just random. After few test, I find good balances with this :
STEP 3 :
Skills
Little part of system, lot of contents (Work in progress)
I'm in this moment on this step of the development. I've find easily the system I want to use for the skill. Basically it's just a system of bonus / malus on a stat, the score you need or directly the difficulty. For exemple if you have the skill "Berserker", the diffyculty of a fight is reduce by one when your life points are under X life points but the malus is : When you are under this X life points, you can't run out of the fight.
